An intern with one of the startups took interest and developed concept for Graffiti Design. After discussion with couple of community members, the work began. One day after working on the Graffiti, three other people from different companies took part in the process and completed the whole work in half the estimated time

Complete initiation and organization of the event was done at community level and not by facility managers and promoters. Instead of defining processes and heading the event, promoters and managers took part in the event similar to any other coworker

A common cooking space at the coworking space for people to share and sell their creations to other community members. Being an in-house activity, the community kitchen plays a vital role in biding few like-minded people together. Simultaneously, coworkers get to showcase their talents and many times revive their hobbies

Coworking space formed out of three separate floors was united at the time of Diwali celebrations. Each and every individual of the community took part and helped with decorations, event management, procurement, food preparation etc. The synergy created by 150 people working for a singular event was incomparable to the occasion itself. For everyone, the one day celebration is still a clear reminder of participation and community collaboration

An initiative was taken to start a community library where children from the neighboring villages and slums (informal sectors) can spend time reading books and playing games. The aim was to encourage interaction and engagement for the children of the neighboring colonies, so that they get enough personal time daily that is generally not available to them.
